Mancini the Band is a collection of some of the most talented and seasoned professional musicians in all of Arizona. The band is a full 8-piece ensemble which includes powerful vocals and dynamic instrumentation.
Rich Mancini has been playing guitar, piano and singing for audiences nationwide since the 1960s. Carrying on the family name as a direct relative of music great, Henry Mancini, Rich recorded his first single with his band for a television show called Twist-a-Rama in 1965. Rich has shared the stage with such artists as The Charlie Daniels Band, Rick James, Dr. Hook, Chubby Checker, Fabian, Orleans, Gene Cotton, James Montgomery Blues Band, Aztec Two-Step, The Scintas, Don Potter & Tim Moore. He has also opened for several noteable comedy acts including Rodney Dangerfield, Robert Klein, Richard Belzer, and Edmunds and Curly. Television appearances include Amnesty International Concerts, Save the Opera Foundation Series, and Concerts for the Special Olympics. Rich has assembled an all-star lineup for this amazing band.
